Your Healing Practice Begins with the Heart
If you feel called to share healing with others, this course gives you a clear foundation from which to grow.You’ll explore the seven chakras through a heart-centered approach that brings together spiritual understanding, personal experience, and practical training. Beginning with your own connection to Source, you’ll develop your awareness of energy and learn how to bring that awareness into your work with others.
Step by step, you’ll learn to read chakras, work with the aura, and facilitate complete chakra balancing sessions. Guided activations, demonstrations, and practical assignments support you as your understanding deepens.
You may be new to this work, or adding chakra balancing to a practice you already have. Either way, you’ll learn at your own pace, with guidance as you put the teachings into practice.
A Heart-Centered Approach to Chakra Healing
This course builds traditional chakra foundations around the heart, the Inner Central Sun and the interconnected flow of the whole chakra system. You’ll explore these teachings through your own experience, then learn how to apply them within a structured balancing session.
Begin with Your Connection to Source
Your training begins with the heart and the Inner Central Sun, your point of connection to Source.
Through guided activation and heart-to-hands practice, you’ll bring your attention to the flow of energy within you and begin developing the sensitivity that supports your healing work.
Learn Chakra Spiral Activation
You’ll learn a specific sequence that begins at the heart, spirals out through each chakra to the root, then returns to the heart.
Guided practice helps you become familiar with this flow, while session demonstrations show how to bring it into your work with others.
Work with Complementary Chakra Pairs
Through Concentric Chakra Balancing, you’ll learn to work with three complementary pairs around the heart.
- Throat and Solar Plexus: expression and personal power
- Third Eye and Sacral: intuition and creativity
- Crown and Root: spiritual connection and grounding
These practices give you a clear framework for exploring the relationships between chakras and supporting the energy system as a whole.
