1. About This Service

Harmonic Recalibration™ is a private one-to-one session combining an energetic assessment with a personalized harmonic sound experience, followed by a take-home Personal Sound Formula for continued use.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Harmonic Recalibration™ is offered for energetic, educational, and wellbeing support. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult a licensed healthcare provider. By booking a session, you confirm you are not relying on this service in place of professional medical or psychological care.

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions are purchased through the website at the price listed at the time of purchase ($197 USD at present). After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your session time.

4. Refunds

If you request a refund before booking a session time, you will receive a full refund. Once a session time has been booked, the booking is subject to the rescheduling policy below and is no longer refundable.

5. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice, at no charge. Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, will forfeit the session, with no refund or reschedule offered.

6. Your Personal Sound Formula

The audio formula prepared for you is for your personal use only. It is not intended for resale, redistribution, or use by anyone other than you.

7. Intellectual Property

“Harmonic Recalibration™” and all related session content, audio formulas, and materials are the property of Ahtayaa Leigh and/or Academy of Energy Healing and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own health decisions. By participating, you acknowledge that Harmonic Recalibration™ is a complementary wellbeing service, and you agree to release Ahtayaa Leigh and/or Academy of Energy Healing from liability for outcomes, except where caused by gross negligence.

9. Privacy

Information you share during your session is kept confidential and used only to provide the service to you.
