A Childhood of Unseen Connections

Growing up, my world felt largely devoid of spiritual connection. Raised in a single-parent family, I carried the deep, unspoken wounds of abandonment and not belonging. Yet, even then, a very thin thread of knowing remained. One of my earliest memories is of watching colorful orbs float in an ethereal space, something my child’s mind could only compare to snooker balls on a table. I didn’t know it then, but this was a glimpse of the energetic world that would one day become my life’s work.

The Catalyst of Healing in Adulthood

The first true crack in my material world appeared in my mid-twenties. While working for a public speaker in Australia who taught about releasing childhood issues, something broke open within me. For the first time, I allowed myself to feel the profound impact of my father’s absence and the emotional distance from my mother. I broke down in a way I never had before. While my full awakening was still years away, this was the moment my healing process truly began.

A Perfect Life on the Outside

Fast forward a few years, and I had moved to the beautiful island of Roatan, Honduras. To the outside world, my life looked perfect. I had a wonderful husband, a beautiful young daughter, and we were living a life many people dream of. But inside, the truth was beginning to surface. My unhappiness wasn’t because of my circumstances; it was a deep self-loathing that I had been carrying my whole life, a wound that was now demanding to be healed. I knew, deep within me, that I had to completely unravel the threads of my life so that I could begin to reweave them into something true.

Then, Spirit spoke to me through a single word uttered by a friend: “AUTHENTIC.” That one word triggered a response so deep in my DNA that it changed my life forever.

The Dark Night of the Soul as a Sacred Fire

This knowing was a volcanic force. The pull toward my authentic purpose was so strong that I could no longer resist it, even though it meant dismantling the life I had built. For two years, I plunged into a painful and messy dark night of the soul. It was a heartbreaking time, but I now understand it was a necessary alchemical process. It was the fire I had to walk through to burn away the karma of untruth I had been living for so long. It’s important to make a distinction here. I had been ‘spiritual’ for many years, but it wasn’t until 2010 that I truly became awakened. Being spiritual can be an interest, a theory. Being awakened is having a direct, practical awareness and communication with Spirit.

Waking Up to the Numbers: 11:11 and 144

My awakening began with numbers. I started seeing 11:11 everywhere, so frequently that I knew something was happening. A quick search showed me I wasn’t alone; thousands of people were being activated for a higher purpose. Soon, other sequences like 144 appeared, a number I learned was connected to the codes of creation and our collective evolution. The universe was showing me irrefutable evidence that this was real. This journey led me to discover that my entire life was encoded with these messages, right down to my own birthday. The Greatest Gift: Seeing Through the Illusion of Fear

One of the most profound experiences of my awakening was an encounter with what some call an etheric parasite or archon. When I truly looked at the entity, it was weak and powerless. Its only power was in the illusion of fear it projected. This was the greatest gift: the knowing that these lower energies have no true power over us unless we are fooled by their illusions.

Stepping into My Role as a Spiritual Guide

From Reiki to the Power of Sound

Before my full awakening, I had been exploring different healing modalities, including Reiki. It was a beautiful practice, but after the profound shifts I experienced, I felt an undeniable pull toward something different. A new path was revealing itself, one deeply connected to frequency and vibration. This led me to the power of sound healing, which became the very foundation for the discoveries that would follow.

The Cosmic Portal and the Crystal Key

It was this new focus that guided everything. My life seemed to conspire to place me in a specific sacred valley on Roatan, a place I now know is a powerful cosmic portal. In 2017, my daughter found a quartz crystal here, and almost immediately, I began downloading the sacred geometry of the Cosmic Key. This geometry, rooted in the principles of sound and light, is the key to expanding our energy body from the 7-chakra system into the full rainbow body—the very purpose of The Golden Ray Initiations.

I am here to be a spiritual guide because I have walked this path myself. It was through the deep, solitary work of healing my own wounds of self-loathing and abandonment that I discovered the truth of spiritual sovereignty and the light of the inner central sun within.
